SUMMARY:How to shape your people strategy before you raise venture funding
DESCRIPTION:Workshop with ISL Talent\nTime: 11am – 12.30pm\nLocation: Future Space\, Curie Meeting Room \nGrowth in startup teams is often driven by VC investment\, and most founders would nod their head at the line “our people are our greatest asset”. \nBut the most successful ones have a plan for developing that key competitive advantage\, rather than waiting for the funds to arrive and only then working out where to invest in their people strategy. \nIf you’ve got to the stage of seeking venture investment you should have the basics of your hiring process in place\, but if not then we’ll check on that in this session. And if you really want to make a positive impact from your funding\, we’ll cover the planning\, storytelling\, and data you’ll need to build the best team. \nJoin Alan Furley from ISL Talent as he takes you through this session on recruitment strategies to get the most out of your funding (and ultimately attract more).
