How it works
If a referral successfully signs up for office or lab space, you and the company you work for will receive a thank you gift of both a £50 voucher and one months free office or lab space rental of your current space. Once your friend has moved in and signed the important stuff. You can fill out the referral form using the link below and we will take it from there. Once all confirmed your gift will be on its way!
Terms and Conditions*
The value of the free month will be capped at the list price of the referred customer’s office. The rent free period does not extend to additional services, such as internet and cleaning. The Future Space team will issue a credit note to the value of one month’s rent, which can be off set against a future invoice. The credit note and the vouchers will be sent out within 30 days of a new licence agreement being signed and completed. The claim must be submitted within 3 months. Shopping vouchers will be purchased from Lovetoshop.com. The Future Space team have the right to change the provider of the vouchers at any time. No cash alternative is available. Referrals are only valid if the company has not already made an enquiry in the previous 12 month. The scheme will only apply to enquiries received since 1 April 2018. Existing occupiers cannot qualify as a referral. Any dispute arising from this campaign must be put in writing addressed to the Commercial Director of Oxford Innovation Ltd. Their decision is final. This offer is not open to employees of Oxford Innovation.
