Whatever stage of the investment journey you’re at, from those who are thinking of receiving equity funding for the first time or those who are gearing up for “series A” or beyond, the workshop will include useful tips and pointers for navigating the legal process.

Alongside their own advice Scott and Brett will be encouraging you to share your experiences so far, alongside your frustrations, worries and any tips for fellow founders, so that you can learn from and support other businesses in similar situations.
