Equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) in the workplace isn’t a new concept and employers and employees are realising the importance and significance of ED&I more than ever.  In the first of two forums devoted to it we are going to focus on disability in the workplace, including physical, mental health and neurodiversity.

People with disabilities are a valuable pool of employees but, according to statistics, even with a degree, they are less likely to get a job than those without a disability.

Many business owners don’t know what their responsibilities are to employees with disabilities, what support they can get to enable disabled people to work in their company and how best to support employees with disabilities.
