When companies are small, and growth starts to happen, cultures start to develop and sometimes these can become strange and unwieldy.  At the start it was all about our making a difference through innovating, developing products and getting funding and suddenly, its all about people.  At Change Innovators we call this the Accidental Culture.

Two people can create a culture and when your company grows from 2 to 10 and then to 80+ people the dynamics of leadership, people and behaviour can either enable or get in the way of progress.    Thinking about this early and taking a few simple steps can set you up for what we call an Intentional Culture, one where everyone takes account for their own behaviour and actions.
