Oxford Innovation has lined up a trio of key speakers to help enhance your leadership development of not only yourself but also that of your team.
In an everchanging environment, understanding ‘how you think and how you react’ whilst also understanding what Clarity you have around your Purpose, is key to driving leadership success in yourself and your business.
During the afternoon you will get a mix of thought leadership, practical advice and takeaways that you can apply to yourself and your team to help you be more successful.

Speakers
Neil Griffin – Innovation Director and Performance Coach, Oxford Innovation
Neil is a Business and Innovation strategist with Oxford Innovation based in Essex as well as having his own Coaching and Consultancy business.
Having led both large and small teams he specialises in providing practical and strategic business support for the Innovation Centre in Colchester Start-up, Scale-up and tech community, whilst connecting people with like-minded individuals through networks within Essex and Oxford Innovation.
He is an enabler and connector across the Eastern region and helps with supporting businesses to grow and innovate.
He has a strong record of leadership and reaching peak performance whilst blending academia and current trends with the real world to achieve results in all aspects of business. As a licensed Mindspan Coach Neil shows how Psychology around mindset is key to success.
His overall goal is to help Entrepreneurs, Intrapreneurs and Businesses with breakthroughs to truly problem solve and succeed.
Dave Jarman – Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship
Dave is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the multi-award-winning Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bristol.
When he’s not lecturing Dave moonlights as a freelance coach, consultant, educator, charity trustee, and elected councillor.
Dave’s main interests are in creativity, emergent ideas and ventures, entrepreneurial side-projects, and transformational mindsets.

David Nettleton – Leadership and Business Coach
David is a Leadership and Business Coach who is well travelled on the founder’s path, leaping from a former world of science to 14 years at the helm of his clean technology company Clear Water Revival Ltd.
