Since its inception in 2016, Perceptual Robotics has been on an extraordinary journey of growth and innovation. From a team of three founders at the University of Bristol, nurtured at the Bristol Robotics Laboratory, to a dynamic group of over 20 professionals headquartered at Future Space, our story is one of passion, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence in the field of advanced inspection solutions for renewable energy infrastructure.

Over the years, we have expanded our operations and market presence across Europe and Southeast Asia. We have built strong partnerships and a growing base of customers who trust us to deliver cutting-edge technology and reliable performance. Our team’s expansion, from three to over twenty members, has enabled us to meet increasing demand and scale our operations globally. Product innovation: from DOT to EVE
At the heart of our growth are our flagship products that have set new benchmarks for the industry. The Dhalion DOT system revolutionised wind turbine inspections by integrating AI for automated damage detection, enabling faster and more accurate maintenance decisions. Building on this foundation, from our offices and workshop in Bristol, we recently developed and introduced EVE, a portable mini drone designed for rapid deployment, providing actionable insights within 48 hours. EVE represents a new era of flexibility and efficiency. Lightweight, easy to deploy, and powered by advanced AI technology, it is perfect for quick inspections in both routine maintenance and emergency situations. This product is already gaining traction among industry leaders looking to optimise their operations and reduce downtime.
Offshore services: extending our reach
Recognising the growing importance of offshore wind energy, we have extended our offerings to include comprehensive Offshore Services. By applying the same AI-driven technology that has made our onshore services a success, we are now able to deliver consistent, high-quality inspections in offshore environments. This expansion not only enhances our market presence but also aligns with the global shift towards renewable energy sources.

Our proprietary Recommendation for Damage Severity Classification system sets us apart, providing unprecedented accuracy in damage assessment and repair prioritisation.
