We turn three! Future Space celebrates anniversary with a party

The event was attended by over 150 guests, including Future Space tenants from a range of companies based at the hub as well as special guests from the university.

Celebrating a year of shared success between the centre and our customers, the afternoon of food, games and music included our networking space being transformed in a mini-golf course!

There was also a pop-up ice cream stand provided by Toots Sweets and guests were treated to a delicious BBQ with a selection of tasty beverages too.

Speaking about the event, centre director Marty Reid said: “It’s fantastic to be able to celebrate with our tenants and I’m really proud of how far we have come over the past three years.

Events like this help to bring the Future Space community together and remind us of the diverse and exciting talent that we see working here every day.

We’ve also recently reached full capacity in the centre which is testament to the hard work of the whole Future Space team”

This third anniversary party was made possible by the generous support of our sponsors Corrigan and Greaves Brewster, and we were pleased to be joined by representatives from both companies on the day who enjoyed meeting with and speaking to members of our community.

With the celebrations over for another year, we look forward to seeing what our residents are set to achieve at the hub in our fourth year of operation.
